Damon Jones is the owner and agent for Actors in Action, one of the leading talent agencies in the NW for the past 18 years.  Damon is a native Oregonian with over 30 years performance experience across the USA. He invested four years studying acting at the University of Oregon from 1980-1984. After college Damon pursued acting in the Los Angeles area for seven years attaining his union eligibility working on the film “Guncrazy”.

As well as being one of Portland’s top talent agents, Damon has been teaching on-camera acting and auditioning skills for the past 20 years. He has volunteered hundreds of hours to the Oregon Media Production Association, where he resided as a board member for six years. Known throughout the Northwest for his honesty, integrity, and realistic approach to the entertainment industry. Damon is the recipient of the “2013 OMPA Super Fine Actor Support Award”

Mary Dangerfield’s first experience on a film set was on the classic “The Stuntman”  with Peter O’Toole.  From there she went on to work in almost every aspect of production, shooting locally in Northern California on Commercials, Industrial, and Film.  She line produced approximately 1,000 commercials, and was the go to person for casting for National Commercials and Films such as “Pray TV”, “Bird”, “Pink Cadillac”, “The Atlanta Child Murders” “Wisdom”, working under such Directors as Clint Eastwood, Robert Markowitz, and Emilio Estevez. She moved to Portland and became an agent at Ryan Artists and after a change in ownership, she started her own agency, Dangerfield Talent & Literary.  She has represented a multitude of actors for Industrials, Commercials, and the Episodics “Leverage”, “Portlandia”, “Grimm”, “Twilight”, “Extraordinary Measures”, “Wild”, and “The Green Room”.

Cholee Thompson, the owner & President of Ryan Artists and has been in & around the fashion, modeling, and talent industry since she was a young girl. She stepped out from in front of the camera in 2009 when she took over Ryan Artists Inc.
